Forum za međunarodno i uporedno pravo Pravnog fakulteta Univerziteta Union u Beogradu (PFUUB) vas poziva na panel diskusiju na temu Novine u razvoju prava EU i evropskog prava ljudskih prava, koja će se održati u 9. decembra 2021. godine od 13 do 15h.

Na panelu će izlagati profesori s Fakulteta za državne i evropske studije Novog univerziteta iz Ljubljane, Matej Avbelj, Jernej Letnar Černič i Gorazd Justinek, dok će diskusiju moderirati profesorke PFUUB, Violeta Beširević i Tatjana Papić.

Ova diskusija se organizuje pod okriljem zajedničkog projekta “Uticaj Evropske konvencija za ljudska prava na vladavinu prava u Sloveniji i Srbiji”, Fakulteta za državne i evropske studije Novog univerziteta i PFUUB, koji je podržalo Ministarstvo prosvete i nauke Republike Srbije i Agencija za istraživanja Republike Slovenije, u okviru bilateralnog istraživačkog programa između Slovenije i Srbije 2020-2022.

The International and Comparative Law Forum of the Faculty of Law Union University Belgrade (Union Law Belgrade) organizes a panel discussion Recent Developments in EU Law and Human Rights Law on 9 December 2021 from 1 until 3 p.m.

The speakers at the panel will be professors from the Faculty of Government and European Studies of the New University Ljubljana, Matej Avbelj, Jernej Letnar Černič and Gorazd Justinek, while it will be moderated by Union Law Belgrade professors, Violeta Beširević and Tatjana Papić.

This discussion is organized under the auspices of the project “Influence of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms on the rule of law in Slovenia and Serbia”, of the Union Law Belgrade and the New University Ljubljana, Faculty of Government and European Studies, which is supported by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia and Slovenian Research Agency under the Serbian-Slovenian bilateral research programme 2020-2022.
