All students who have completed four years of secondary education may apply for BA in Law studies organised by Union University Faculty of Law

Upon application the candidates are asked to submit to the Faculty the following original documents or their photocopies /no photocopy certification required/.

  1. Certificates of Completion for all four years of secondary education;
  2. Secondary education Diploma;
  3. Birth certificate;
  4. Proof of payment of fee to the amount of 30 Euros in RSD (calculated against the National Bank of Serbia middle exchange rate for RSD on the date of payment) for sitting the General knowledge and aptitude for law test;
  5. Application form /can be obtained from Student Services of our Faculty/.

By signing the application form, the candidate confirms that he/she has read and accepted the rules and regulations of the entrance exam procedure – the general knowledge and aptitude for law test. On the day of the exam, candidates are required to bring with them some form of identification – a valid ID or passport. Before the test sheets are distributed, the monitors will confirm the candidates’ identities. Without a valid and correct ID, candidates will be disqualified.

The order of enrolment of candidates for entering the first year is based on the average marks during secondary education and the result of the general knowledge and aptitude for law test. Maximum score is 100. The average mark for secondary education is the sum of average marks for each year of secondary education multiplied by two. Thus a candidate can have a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 40 points. A maximum of 60 points can be obtained on the general knowledge and aptitude for law test.

The ranking is published the day following the sitting of general culture and aptitude for law test.

Successful candidates are required to submit the following documents:

  • Original documents
  • Certificates of Completion for all four years of secondary education.
  • Birth certificate,
  • Student grade book – available from Student Services of our Faculty,
  • Two photographs – dimensions 4.5cm x 3.5cm,
  • Proof of payment of enrolment fee to the amount of 50 Euros (calculated against the National Bank of Serbia middle exchange rate for RSD on the date of payment),
  • Proof of payment of tuition fees (amount depending on whether tuition fees will be paid in full or in monthly instalments).

Payment reference – Name of student – i.e. student number on Student grade book, once the number is allotted.

Annual tuition fee is 1,700 Euros for each academic year if the full amount is paid before 1st October. Fees can also be paid in 10 monthly instalments. In case of payment in instalments, annual tuition fee is 2,000 Euros. The amount of 200 Euros is paid upon enrolment and the balance is paid in nine monthly instalments, starting with November.

Any siblings of students already enrolled at our Faculty can obtain a 30% fee reduction for the period when they are both studying.

Fees include textbooks, registering for and sitting exams, regardless of number of times, student certificates, training in use of Paragraf Lex legal database as well as all other teaching activities organised by the Faculty.
